Be Well Portland and Maine Cryospa and Therapy are thrilled to bring you our first ever womens wellness event . This event will be held at the beautiful Portland co working space, CloudPort. We will start with a centering vinyasa flow class, followed by some healthy bites and signature drink . Next we will hear a word from our expert speakers including a Q&A session. We will end the afternoon with photo booth fun, swag bags, complimentary massages by Health Resonates and mingling! Meet your Experts: Allie Andrews (stress management )-  MEd, CHC, CYT - Allie has been studying and practicing health and happiness techniques since she was a little girl and is deeply passionate about sharing her carefully honed techniques with busy people. An executive and entrepreneur herself, Allie understands the importance of daily self-care to optimize our performance and wellbeing within the multiple dimensions of our lives. She's so passionate about self-care, she wrote a book on it! In addition to being a published author, Certified Health Coach and Yoga/Meditation Teacher, Allie has her Master’s Degree in Education with a specialization in workplace wellness. Throughout her career as a coach, adult educator and program director for her company OmBody Health, Allie has worked with over 30 companies and 100s of individuals, including executives, human resource influencers, and working professionals to optimize their health and performance. Chelsea Barringer (nutrition) - Recognized as a leading voice and expert in integrative health, Chelsea Barringer is known for empowering her community to live healthier. As a nutritionist, health coach, and the founder of Nutrition Simplified – a Portland-based wellness company – Chelsea loves sharing her easy-to-apply approaches to wellness. As a born and raised Maine farm girl, Chelsea is a lover of local foods, environmental sustainability advocate, fitness junkie, and strong believer in collaborating with like-minded influencers to cultivate positive change within the community. Learn more about Chelsea and her wellness philosophy at nutritionsimplified.net Ali Peters (yoga) - After years of gymnastics and competitive cheer leading; Ali wanted something more. She still wanted to sweat but she wanted something that would change her, build her, inspire her daily and inspire others.  Ali began her Yoga practice in 2010. She then later completed her 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification in 2015 at WellHeart Yoga, attends various workshops and is enrolling in her 500 hour certification this Spring! You can catch Ali spending most of her time upside down these days on her Instagram (@alexzandraPeters) but her goal is to spread the joy that she’s found within her own practice and to teach others how they can find it to. Her teaching style is refreshing, encouraging and playful.  While still incorporating cues, and pose breakdowns to help students understand the movements of their bodies and personal growth no matter what level yogi you are.
