Christina Hoff Sommers


Christina Hoff Sommers is a resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute. Before joining AEI she was a professor of philosophy at Clark University where she specialized in moral theory. Her articles have appeared in publications such as The Journal of Philosophy, The New England Journal of Medicine, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Washington Post, The New Republic, Slate, The Daily Beast, and The Atlantic. 
Sommers is the editor of Vice and Virtue in Everyday Life, a leading college ethics textbook, and the author of Who Stole Feminism? and The War Against Boys—the latter was a New York Times "Notable Book of the Year" for 2000. She is co-author of One Nation Under Therapy. Her book Freedom Feminism was published in June, 2013; and a revised and new edition of the War Against Boys came out in August, 2013.
She has lectured and taken part in debates on hundreds of college campuses. She hosts a weekly video blog, The Factual Feminist, which has attracted more than four million views.
