Guided Meditation and Focused Breathing Thursday, 4/25/19 @ 5p-7p Location: Waterville Public Library Facilitated by Kim Nashed and John Parsons  Join Kim Nashed and John Parsons of Kim Nashed YOGA for a couple hours of Deep Relaxation. They will guide you in a simple flow of breathing and meditation. Please bring two blankets and a yoga mat if you have one.  This free event is offered in the spirit of wellbeing for YOU and our community.
