Old Port Historic Workout
Created and designed by fitness professional Leigh Rush Olson for a challenging 90 minute workout (up to 2 hours) beginning with a warm-up followed by light jogging to various landmarks and monuments to discuss historical facts and anecdotes of the Old Port's rich history, all while performing various exercises for a super total body workout! This is a great way for locals and tourists alike to learn the history of the Old Port from 1632 to present without leaving their workout at home... learn and burn! It's intense. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
