In this class, we will prepare a modest Thanksgiving meal that is colorful and delicious without straying too far from tradition. Dishes include Oysters Rockefeller, Green Bean Salad with Cranberries and Hazelnuts, Butter Roast Turkey with Lemon and Herbs, Sourdough Stuffing with Sausage, Apple, Sage and Sherry, Pureed Potatoes and Rutabaga with Mascarpone and a Spiced Pumpkin Cake. Class ends in a communal feast around our farmhouse table.
